IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, PLEASE NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY AND WE WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER. IF YOU INSTEAD DECIDE TO RECEIVE OUR PRODUCTS, IT WILL MEAN THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS. THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL ORDERS OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THIS HYDROPONICGROUP LLC AND AFFLIATED COMPANIES AND ARE LEGALLY BINDING.

HydroponicsGroup LLC requires that users of this site or products refer to a certified electrician before beginning / using any of our indoor farming products or information. All electricians, both residential and industrial, must be licensed by the state in which the customer resides or uses the products; some states refer to this as certification. Licensure and certification requirements vary by state, but typically include passing an exam that covers the National Electric Code, as well as state building codes and regulations.

All indoor greenhouses and other supplies need to be operated with proper care and supervision please refer to your licensed electrician for further understanding or assistance with in home electrical systems. All systems must be checked and approved by your electrician before taking part in using the information provided or items or products. Failure to consult with a licensed electrician may result in possible loss of content, property damages and possibly bodily injury.

The consumer of this information accepts all responsibility to the above mention requirements.

Shipping and Handling: All in-stock products ship in the order received and on Business Days if an order is on back order or it is a custom order like larger boxes the customer may have a longer period before delivery. (order must be received before 2 PM P.S.T) through UPS or USPS. unless otherwise indicated.We do have wholesale orders and customers as well. Orders received on Holidays and Weekends will ship the following business day. Please allow 10-20 business days for shipping. Please email your requests or concerns as customer service will generally need to review your order and each situation before we can respond to your service related requests. Please go to the contact form and submit your requests.

Return/Exchange Policy: All products carry a limited warranty. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any item within 30 days of purchase or receipt. We will be glad to make an exchange, issue a credit or refund. Refunds are processed by a refund check or issued via Pay Pal. All returns must include the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and all returns are subject to inspection. A return must be unused in the original packaging. Used items will not be accepted or at the very least will accrue a 25 – 50% restocking fee. Returns that have been damaged by the end user will not be accepted for any reason. Damaged items or warranty repairs claims: In the event, a customer receives a item that is under warranty or was damaged in shipping the customer must submit a warranty claim. The customer will have the option of returning the products for repair, receiving a replacement product or a store credit.
To begin the process of a claiming a defective/damaged product, we will need to be notified in 14 business days from arrival of the shipment or within 14 days of the warranty issue within the warranty period. Please include a photo of the damaged and or detailed description of the defective material for review.
We do ask that you return the damaged product asap as to mitigate any repair delays. All items damaged will be held until the claim is settled as the shipping company may want to inspect the damaged items. All claims are generally settled quickly once they have been returned and can be settled quickly with replacement product being shipped back within 10 – 14 days (business days).

. If the customer does not request warranty service and or properly follow guidelines we regrettably cannot repair or replace any items. All items in for warranty repairs will be addressed quickly and resolved within a two week period. All returns/shipping are the responsibility of the returning party. Once the items is repaired we will ship it back to you best way possible. For more information on repairs or returning items, one can contact customer service for more assistance.

Packages Refused By Receiving Party:

Packages shipped to customers that decide to refuse shipments upon arrival will be charged for the initial shipping charges the return shipping charges and the 20 % restocking fee. Since our items are large in most cases shipping times can vary we however do notify the customers with regards to all arrival times and possible shipping dates.

Delays can occur due to weather, labor or other factors beyond our control. All customers in the event of a refusal will be responsible for all shipping costs, return shipping costs and restocking fee’s. We are not liable for any customer deciding to change their mind! While it perfectly ok to refuse items please make a note that all associated expenses are the refusing party’s responsibility. All necessary collection attempts will be taken on behalf of HG group and all affiliated companies to protect our efforts in fulfilling orders. These terms are agreed to when buying form Hydroponics Group LLC or any of the affiliated companies.

Light Bulbs: While every precaution is made to ensure safe arrival of bulbs – there is no warranty on light bulbs unfortunately.


Order Changes and Cancellation Policy:

All orders whether online, phone, or mail  agree to the entire terms and conditions. Orders ship as soon as the products are ready for shipment. Orders can be changed or cancelled before credit has cleared or has been executed up to but not extended beyond 30 days from time of order.  Any changes or cancellations must be requested promptly for accurate adjustments (hours are 9:30 -5:00 Monday – Friday) via regular mail or email. Any cancellations on cash orders must be received on those business days no later than 24-48 after placing the order. Regarding notification of  changes to any orders,Holidays and weekends are not business days and do not count toward the cancellation policy. All cancellations must be recognized by our sales or shipping departments in writing via return email or regular mail. Once an item has cleared processing, or credit has cleared the customer has up to 30 days to return or request a refund – no cancellations will be accepted after that period. Customers will be responsible for any and all associated expenses derived from either refusing shipments and or shipping and restocking fees. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL HYDROPONICS GROUP LLC OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, ARISING OUT OF THE USE, OR THE INABILITY TO USE, THE MATERIALS ON THIS SITE, EVEN IF HYDROPONICS GROUP OR A HYDROPONICS GROUP AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
